NEF Services : Work based learning

At NEF we understand that off-the-shelf courses are sometimes just not sufficient for your training and development needs, and as an employer, you have a specific set of requirements that need custom attention. Our work based learning (WBL) service provides everything you need to run a work-based learning programme. 

Whatever your requirement, we can provide a complete service that includes:

• Analysis of your training needs
• Design of a work based programme
• Development of WBL content, including structured learning plan and production of e-learning support content
• Design of assessment framework, including Accredited Prior Experience and Learning (APEL) recognition
• Validation of the developed programme
• Accreditation of the programme, through the NEF Accreditation service

NEF works with employers to design and develop work place learning programme, focusing on building knowledge and practical skills in areas of need to improve productivity and work place effectiveness and efficiency.
